My Brother the Devil is a British drama about two teenage brothers living in East London, in which they have to face prejudice if they are to survive the perils of being young British Arabs.
The British based film was written and directed by Sally El Hosaini and produced by Julia Godzinskaya, Gayle Griffiths and Michael Sackler. The production companies also involved in the film include Rooks nest entertainment and Wild horses film company. The film also stars James Floyd, Fady Elsayed and Saïd Taghmaoui.
Filming took place in Hackney, London. The cast and crew of the film spent approximately five weeks on location in East London in August- September 2011.
Release:
My Brother the devil was released in the UK on the 9th of November 2012, nationwide and is set to be released in the US and other territories globally in 2013.
